Worldwide shipping and delivery: 

We offer worldwide shipping and delivery on all products within our collection.

Order confirmation: 

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been lodged in our system.


After your order has been packed and fulfilled by our staff you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number for your parcel. The shipment notification will have a direct tracking link that you can click on at any time and track your parcel.  

Delivery Time:

Domestic orders (within Australia) - 
All domestic orders within Australia are now delivered via AusPost eParcel Post. There are 2 options to choose from in the checkout page either Express Post (Next Business Day Delivery) or Parcel Post (4 Day Business Day Delivery).

International orders - At this time all International orders are express delivered via DHL Express. We are currently working on providing our customers with the best shipping rates, we will update as soon as this becomes available. For DHL Express deliveries please allow 3 - 8 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. All orders placed before 4pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 4pm AEST will be shipped the next business day. 

We would like to also state that while we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Rich August Clothing. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
